Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a service with R4fx Logistics and Transportation LLC. You agree to them when you confirm a job with us.

The calculator gives a rough estimate based on the details you enter. Our quote confirms the final price before service, and any difference in miles, time, or volume appears on your final invoice.
A job is booked once we have checked availability, access, and load details and confirmed it with you. If we can't take a job, we refund anything you've already paid.
We don't take payment on this website. You can pay by phone or by check, with checks made out to R4fx Logistics and Transportation LLC.
Cancel at least 48 hours before service for a full refund. Within 48 hours, 25% of the total is non-refundable.
Patient rides can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations with 2 to 12 hours' notice are charged half the fare. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full fare.
Permit fees, tolls, and special disposal fees (for example, for tires, mattresses, appliances, or electronics) are billed at cost. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax.
Patient transportation is for non-emergency trips only. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Jobs we quote individually

Some jobs are not available in the estimate calculator and are quoted individually:

Heavy-duty equipment transport: Machines over 20,000 lb, over-width loads, and multi-machine moves are quoted individually.
Medical supplies delivery: Recurring routes for clinics, practices, and care facilities are quoted as monthly contracts.
Medical equipment transport: Facility relocations and multi-room equipment moves are quoted individually.
Non-emergency patient transportation: Standing rides for recurring treatments and facility accounts are quoted individually. Non-emergency trips only. In a medical emergency, call 911.
Residential decluttering: Estate clear-outs start at $5,950 and are quoted after a walkthrough.
Commercial decluttering: Warehouses, multi-day projects, and recurring service are quoted after an on-site walkthrough.
