Terms of use

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website, which is operated by R4fx Logistics and Transportation LLC ("R4fx", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Bookings are also covered by our booking terms.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, estimate a job, and request a quote. Please give accurate information, and don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access parts of it that aren't meant for you.

Prices and availability

Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. A calculator total is an estimate based on the details you enter. We confirm the final price and availability before service, as described in the booking terms. We may change our prices and services at any time. Changes don't affect a job we have already confirmed.

Estimates and quote requests

Sending a quote request doesn't create a contract or a reservation. We'll follow up to confirm the details, timing, and price.

Payments

We don't take payment on this website. You pay by phone or by check.

Medical emergencies

Our patient transportation is for non-emergency trips only. In a medical emergency, call 911. Please leave medical information out of the forms on this site.

Site content

The content on this site belongs to R4fx or its licensors. You may view and print it for your own use, but please don't copy or republish it without permission.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and don't promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, R4fx isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
